AJ Supply Company believes in providing great products at an outstanding value with superior customer service. The following terms apply to all of our sales:
Returns: Items may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Prior to returning an item, the customer should contact us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). In order to be eligible for refund, the item must be returned in the same sellable condition in which it was received by the customer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Shipping: Unless otherwise indicated, all items sold by AJ Supply Company are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service). A tracking number shall be provided upon shipment. AJ Supply Company is not responsible for the package once it is turned over to the custody of USPS for shipment.
